Teri McBirney - President

Teri is an original owner at Canton Square, moving into the community in 1988.  She has watched the community change dramatically since then, growing stature and value.  The main focus for Teri as President of the Association is maintaining the value of our properties, along with an enjoyable residential environment.  Teri has been on the board since 2006. 

Pat Gillease – Secretary

Pat Gillease is the current Secretary of the Canton Square Homeowners Association.  She was elected to the Canton Square Board in 2005.  Pat is a native Baltimorean and is an original resident of Canton Square .  Since retiring, Pat keeps herself busy by doing volunteer work.  As a long time city resident, Pat has witnessed a lot of development in the area and wants to ensure that changes going forward will continue to enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood as well as property values.

Cathy Snellinger - Treasurer

Cathy Snellinger is currently serving as the treasurer for the Canton Square Homeowner’s Association.  Cathy is the Accounting Manager and Associate for Mahan Rykiel Associates, a landscape architectural firm located in the Stieff Silver Building in Hampden.  She is also on the Board of the Institute of Notre Dame Alumnae Association.  Cathy and her husband, Rick, moved from Carroll County to Canton in December 2005, and love living in Baltimore.  They are both active parishioners at St. Casimir’s Church.

Jon Hyman - Vice President

Jon and his wife Sherry moved to Canton in September 2006.  Jon has been a partner in The Breakthrough Group in Towson, which is a marketing/advertising firm for the past 10 years.  Jon grew up in the neighborhood of Liberty Heights and graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic.  He went on to receive his degree in Radio-Television Journalism form the University of Maryland, College Park.
